How to flash unpacked firmware 1. Inside: AndroidTool_Release_v2.3 - tool for reflashing, DriverAssitant - tool to install drivers and firmware parts (kernel, recovery, boot, etc..). 2. If it first time, you need to install drivers use DriverAssitant or manual when connecting device 3. Run AndroidTool_Release_v2.3/AndroidTool.exe 4. Find recovery button on device, press and hold it. 5. Connect device to PC via USB OTG port 6. PC will found new device and install drivers (or you need install it manually), then you may release recovery button. 7. Press Run button in AndroidTool_Release_v2.3 and wait end of process.
IMPORTANT - By default data partition is 2gb. If you need choose another parameter file (second field in AndroidTool) from root folder. - If you need update your device without full reflash, uncheck "parameter" and "misc". Partitions size will not de updated.

This is a simple tutorial on how to easily flash firmware on Beelink S82 Plus TV Box with Amlogic S812 CPU via Windows 8.1 PC. To flash firmware on Beelink S82 Plus TV Box with Amlogic S812 CPU via micro SD card method please read this article. 1. First, download the latest 202k4 stock firmware for Beelink S82 Plus from here. (Beelink_S82 Plus_202k4_31032015).
2. Download latest AMLogic USB Burning Tool v2.0.4.3. It's working also on Windows 8.1 64 bit (my PC OS), but you'll have to disable driver signature enforcement. Then you have to put Beelink S82 Plus TV Box in upgrade / flash mode. To do that, prepare a thin metal stick / paper clip, then press and hold the restore button (inside the AV port hole) and press Power button at the same time. After 3-5 seconds USB_Burning_Tool will detect the USB device. (with the DC and OTG USB cable plugged in). If needed, reinstall AMLogic USB Burning Tool and the drivers.
3. Launch USB_Burning_Tool. Click 'File' and choose 'Import image', choose the .img file you just download. Click "Start" to start firmware upgrade, it should take around 3-4 mins and please do NOT power off / unplug Beelink S82 Plus TV Box during firmware upgrade. After finished firmware upgrade, it will auto disconnected. Now you can unplug it and connect to TV again.

Firmware tested: latest stock Android KitKat 4.4.2 Kernel version: 3.10.33 Build number: 201k4 Firmware is properly rooted, with SuperSu application preinstalled, just launch it and update binaries.
The launcher has big and nice tiles, like in Windows 8.1 Metro style, with 3 Home Screens. In the main Home Screen you'll find the clock and weather widgets, a nice 'My favorite' zone when you can put shortcuts to your preffered applications, and icons to launch XBMC, Eshare, FlixUniverse, Google Playstore, Memory cleaner, All aplication, File Manager and Settings.
The 'Setting' menu gives you access to the settings shown in the same Metro-style with four sub menus: Network, Display, Advanced and Other.
The Network settings tab allows you to select Ethernet or Wi-Fi. Tested both options and worked just perfect.
The Display settings options: HDMI auto-detection resolution, HDMI output mode, hide or show the status bar, adjust the display position and screensaver.
The Advanced menu will let you start Miracast, enable the software Remote control / Google TV Remote, adjust CEC control, set the screen orientation and select digital audio output (PCM, SPDIF pass-through, HDMI pass-through) and DTS settings.
The Other button will give some details about the Android version (4.4.2) and kernel version (3.10.33). There’s also an OTA System Update menu, but the online update failed. You can access the standard Android settings by going through Setting->Other->More Settings.
There are a lots of preinstalled applications, including Play Store and Google applications (gapps), Netflix, XBMC 13.4, 4k Media Player, Media Center, FlixUnivers to watch online videos and movies, EShare server to cast media files from your Android smartphone or tablet. Beelink S82 Plus Android TV Box also supports EShare and Miracast functions, which came preinstalled on the stock firmware. Here you'll find more details about EShare and you can download the client Android application.

News surfaced today about Beelink and their impressive Intel-based Mini PC line. Beelink are not new to the MiniPC market, they released quite a few models last year and now they are entering the Wintel Mini PC market as well with a full product line:
The first announced Beelink Wintel Mini PC is based on the Z3735F chipset, with 2GB RAM and 32 GB eMMC, has Blueetoth 4.0 and dual band wi-fi, and an USB 3.0 port.
They also have a different version with the same Z3735F chipset, but only 16GB eMMC, but with gigabit LAN.
And a tiny PC-on-a-stick device, with 2GB RAM and 32 GB eMMC, they even mention an USB 3.0 port!
